Admissions

Those interested in receiving care at Kansas Drug Rehabilitation can start the admissions process by contacting our intake department. We have 10 intake coordinators on hand who are available to answer any questions that you or a loved one may have, review treatment options available, and complete a pre-admission assessment to determine if our services will meet your or your loved one’s needs.

During this assessment, the following information is collected:

• Presenting concerns
• Psychiatric history
• Medical history
• Social history
• Past treatment history

This information is then reviewed by our staff for medical and clinical appropriateness before a programming option is recommended for a prospective patient. Once a prospective patient agrees to admission, the process of beginning services and assisting a patient in acclimating to his or her therapeutic surroundings commences.
